The customer must provide accurate phone, WhatsApp number, address, city and region. StevMich Solutions may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm availability.
Risk and inspection
Customers should inspect devices on receipt and report visible issues immediately. Courier delays or third-party handling incidents are reviewed case by case.
Digital delivery
Website files, graphics, software instructions, invoices and training materials may be delivered through email, WhatsApp or approved cloud links.
