Repairs and installations
Diagnostic fees, completed repair labour and completed software installation work are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Digital projects
Website design, graphic design and branding payments may be refundable only for unstarted work. Completed design drafts, approved milestones and delivered files are not treated as unused services.
Training
Training fees may be moved to another available session where notice is given early. Missed sessions without notice may not qualify for refund.
